Analysts, Authors, Editors, and Blog Contributors

InterAnalyst, LLC uses many sources to gather information to share with you on our blog and within the pages of our newsletters.

We want to acknowledge these sources for their wonderful research and hard work. There are 823 financial veterans in various fields of expertise from six continents, who generously share their opinions, reports, research, and studies with us in a reciprocal fashion.

An important fact about these researchers is that they have no vested interest in market direction, only the knowledge of which direction it may travel. They are unbiased and not on anyone’s payroll. They share information to get to the truth.

Business Continuity

InterAnalyst has developed a Business Continuity Plan regarding how we will respond to events that may significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, InterAnalyst must be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, InterAnalyst is providing this information regarding its business continuity plan.

Our Business Continuity Plan

InterAnalyst plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the firm’s books and records, and allowing our customers to transact business. In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

Our business continuity plan addresses: data backup and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical supplier, contractor, bank and counter-party impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring our customers prompt service if we are unable to continue our business.

Varying Disruptions

The severity of the disruption can vary from minimal to severe. If a disruption is only to our main office location or the building housing our main office location, we will transfer our operations to a local site and expect to recover and resume business within 3 business days. In a disruption affecting our business district, city, or region, we will transfer our operations to a site outside of the affected area, and recover and resume business within 2 weeks. In either situation, we plan to continue in business and will notify subscribers through our web site (www.interanalyst.us) or through an outgoing email message.

Backtesting Disclosure

Backtested performance does not represent actual performance and should not be interpreted as an indication of such performance. Actual performance may be materially different than that of actual performance. Backtested performance results have certain inherent limitations. Such results do not represent the impact that material economic and market factors might have on an algorithm. Backtested performance also differs from actual performance because it is achieved through the retroactive application of algorithmic research designed with the benefit of hindsight. As a result, the algorithmic models theoretically may be changed from time to time and the effect on performance results could be either favorable or unfavorable.

Disclosure

The material, concepts, research and graphic illustrations appearing on any of the Services, Subscriptions, or Memberships (as described in the User Agreement) are the exclusive property of InterAnalyst, LLC. (the Company). No reproduction, in part or in whole is permitted without the express written consent of the Company. Anyone wishing to apply for such permission must do so in writing for each and every such use. The Company, nor any of its affiliates, partners or distributors (such as Princeton FZ) does not waive any of its rights under international copyright law in regard to its research, analysis or opinions. Anyone who violates any such copyright shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The Services, including the information contained in this web site, is NOT intended for speculation on any financial market. The Company makes no such warranty regarding its opinions or forecasts in reference to the markets or economies discussed. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to Buy or Sell any cash or derivative (such as futures, options, swaps, etc.) financial instrument on any of the described underlying markets. No representation is being made that any financial result will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed. The past performance of any trading system or methodology discussed here is not necessarily indicative of future results. Futures, options, and currencies trading all have large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in these complex markets. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose and NEVER trade anything blindly. You must strive to understand the markets and to act upon your conviction when well researched. The Company encourages all of its users to research information from various services, not just the Services made available by the Company.

CFTC Rule 4.41 – Any simulated or hypothetical performance results have certain inherent limitations. While prices may appear within a given trading range, there is no guarantee that there will be enough liquidity (volume) to ensure that such trades could be actually executed. Hypothetical results thus can differ greatly from actual performance records, and do not represent actual trading since such trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight and back testing. Such representations in theory could be altered by Acts of God or Sovereign Debt Defaults. It should not be assumed that the methods, techniques, or indicators presented in this publication will be profitable or that they will not result in losses since this cannot be a full representation of all considerations and the evolution of economic and market development. Past results of any individual or trading strategy published are not indicative of future returns since all things cannot be considered for discussion purposes. In addition, the indicators, strategies, columns, articles and discussions (collectively, the “Information”) are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice or a solicitation for money to manage since money management is not conducted. Therefore, by no means is this publication to be construed as a solicitation of any order to buy or sell. Accordingly, you should not rely solely on the Information in making any investment. Rather, you should use the Information only as a starting point for doing additional independent research in order to allow you to form your own opinion regarding investments. You should always check with your licensed financial advisor and tax advisor to determine the suitability of any such investment.
